Professional Biography
While in law school, Mr. Shayan was sought out by the prestigious law firm LaFollette, Johnson, DeHass, Fesler, & Ames in Los Angeles, where he honed his skills in litigation, focusing on defending healthcare professionals and insurance companies. In 2004, he took his expertise to Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, the nation’s premier insurance defense firm, serving as a trial litigator. Here, he represented some of the largest companies in the world in both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Shayan’s passion, however, was not in helping insurance companies save money at the expense of the injured individuals. This realization led him to establish his own practice, directly across the street from his previous firm, now dedicated to fighting for the underdog. Mr. Shayan has since dedicated his career to securing justice and significant financial compensation for his clients, having successfully won millions of dollars in settlements and judgments.
An extremely effective and relentless advocate, Mr. Shayan gets top dollar for his clients. Over the course of his career, he has obtained optimal outcomes in a wide range of accidental injury and death cases with values ranging well over millions.
